If checking your earnings, you can't agree with the total amount received, here are the most common reasons why the numbers do not match the expectations:
- The customer signed up but no deposits were made.
- The customer made a deposit but didn't play/bet in any of the games. (No turnover was made)
- The customer didn't reach the CPA threshold, therefore, CPA was not triggered.
- The customer made a turnover on a different product that is set in the Reward Plan.
