    Why I have not been rewarded?

    If checking your earnings, you can't agree with the total amount received, here are the most common reasons why the numbers do not match the expectations:

    • The customer signed up but no deposits were made.
    • The customer made a deposit but didn't play/bet in any of the games. (No turnover was made)
    • The customer didn't reach the CPA threshold, therefore, CPA was not triggered. 
    • The customer made a turnover on a different product that is set in the Reward Plan.
